聯盟正在委托由國家發改委應對氣候變化司推薦的專業機構開發《建筑垃圾再生產品制備混凝土生產工藝溫室氣體減排基準線與監測方法學開發項目》, 適用于碳交易的方法學開發項目,為碳交易創造條件。
The Alliance, in cooperation with a professional institution that is recommended by the Climate Change Response Department of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, is implementing a R & D project Development of the baseline and monitoring methodology for greenhouse gas emission reduction in the production of concrete with construction-waste-recycled aggregates and powders. 建筑垃圾再生骨料替代天然骨料的替代率為40%,建筑垃圾再生粉替代水泥的替代率不低于16%。每節約1 噸水泥可減排不少于700 千克CO2 ,每消納1 噸建筑垃圾再生骨料可減排10 千克CO2 ;以單個一體化項目每年處理建筑垃圾100 萬噸計算,全部再生產品在一體化工廠內消納,每年將減少20 萬噸以上的 CO2排放。
be replaced by the construction-waste-recycled aggregates, and no less than 16% of cement in concrete may be replaced by the construction-waste-recycled powder. Approximately, one ton of cement replaced may lead to a 700kg+ reduction in CO2 emission, and one ton of construction-waste-recycled aggregates consumed may lead to a 10kg reduction in CO2 emission. By the example of an Integration Project factory capable of consuming 1 million ton of construction waste annually, no less than 200,000 tons of CO2 emission shall be reduced per year if all recycled aggregates and powders are utilized at this factory.
